The Open Joint Stock Company "Krasnodar Regional Investment Bank" was established by the founders decision on December 14, 1999 based on the law of Krasnodar region of May 15, 1998 No.
The main founder of the Bank was Region of Krasnodar (Krasnodar Kray) represented by the specialized institution "State Property Fund of Krasnodar Kray".
On March 4, 2002 the Bank was approved by a competitive committee as authorized lending agency of Krasnodar Kray administration.
On May 14, 2003 a contract between Krasnodar Kray administration and Open Joint Stock Company “Krasnodar Regional Investment Bank” (aka OAO “Krayinvestbank”) was signed, in which the Bank undertook obligations as authorized lending agency (credit institution), which performs specific operations by using budgetary funds of Krasnodar Region.
