Alexander Tkachev, the Governor of the Krasnodar Region, awarded Krayinvestbank with an honorary diploma. Krayinvestbank was declared a winner of the regional contest called "Leader of the Kuban financial market" for the achievements in "Support of small and medium-size enterprises".
According to the information gathered by "RBC.Rating" company, during the last four years Krayinvestbank has been in TOP 25 Russian banks in terms of the amount of loans extended to small and medium-size enterprises, being the leading independent bank in the Krasnodar Region. That said, Krayinvestbank has shown a steady growth in its loan portfolio to this category of borrowers. The loan portfolio to SME increased from 5.3 bln.rubles in 2008 to near 10.5 bln.rubles in 2011.
The loans extended by Krayinvestbank to the small and medium-size businesses are then directed toward modernization and product capacity expansion, as well as to the development of new technology, science and innovation activities.
