The Project of International Business Center in Krasnodar specifies building of duly developed service infrastructure, i. e. four-star hotel, restaurant, cafe, supermarket, spa-centre as well as conference and banquet halls for business meetings, presentations and official receptions.
Total plottage is 366041 sq m.
This project can be executed in 2 stages.
1 st stage — construction of 8 exhibition halls with total area of 5000 square meters each.
2 nd stage — construction of 3 additional exhibition halls, a congress hall, total area 58928,6 sq m, hotel — total area 18621 sq m and a restaurant, total area 5084 sq m.
